License

Interview Assistant is licensed to a single user for use on a single device. This license is non-transferable and may not be shared, sublicensed, or assigned to another individual or entity. Each purchase grants one activation for one machine.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days and before the license key has been activated. Once the license is activated, no refund will be issued. To request a refund, contact support@interviewassistant.app.

Prohibited Use

• •Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software or license key.
• •Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the application.
• •Using the software during actual job assessments, formal exams, or any evaluated process where AI assistance is prohibited.
• •Interview Assistant is intended for practice interviews and personal preparation only.

Privacy

We collect your email address and payment information solely to process your purchase and deliver your license. We do not store, transmit, or process any interview audio, transcriptions, or AI-generated content. All AI queries are processed directly between your device and the respective AI provider using your own API key.
